AI Symbiosis Island is a consulting and training organization built for the era of human–AI collaboration. AI is fundamentally changing how people work and how organizations operate, beginning with the way people use intelligent tools. Drawing on our AI Commander and Nine-Level AI Mastery frameworks, we help organizations and individuals build practical capabilities: enabling public agencies to implement “AI+” initiatives and helping enterprises use AI to grow revenue, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen compliance. Our approach is to build human–AI teams through the AI Commander system.

He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience in regional strategy, industrial planning, new-town development, culture and tourism, real estate development, and corporate management strategy.
His current work focuses on AI+ enablement, health and the silver economy, and international expansion for Chinese enterprises.

A Peking University graduate, he has worked at leading Chinese think tanks, investment institutions, and industrial software companies, with extensive experience in strategy consulting, investment and financing, and digital-intelligence transformation.
He conducts ongoing research into enterprise AI applications and led the development of the Nine-Level AI Mastery competency model.
Jun Deng
Attorney, Beijing Jingping Law Firm; Deputy Director, Legal Aid Center of China Integrity and Rule of Law Network; Distinguished Expert, Beijing Dacheng Institute for Intellectual Property Utilization and Promotion
His research spans integrity and the rule of law, corporate governance, equity investment, civil and commercial disputes, data security, intellectual property protection, duty-related crime, civil–criminal crossover matters, and emerging forms of cybercrime.
He delivers corporate-compliance, AI development and application, and data-security seminars and training, and has accumulated extensive enterprise-service experience as an adviser to multiple companies.
